Pricing Manager – UK

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Pricing Manager -UK to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales profitability and efficiency through a consistent, strategic pricing approach. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with both UK and Group objectives. This is a key role that combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team and a strong pricing knowledge.
Pricing Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the UK pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with Group objectives to maximize sales profitability.
- Manage and monitor customer rebate agreements while providing actionable insights to support key commercial decisions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver and implement business improvement initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analysis to guide business performance.
- Lead and oversee sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency and compliance in trade terms and pricing across the UK market.
Pricing Manager Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Significant experience in pricing strategy, sales controlling, and commercial operations, ideally within an international business environment.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel, as well as experience with reporting tools and data analytics.
- A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, hybrid 3/2 days, pension 10%, 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closed, private medical, plus others.
