The data we collect can come from many online CV Search engines and LinkedIn where you have uploaded your data in the search of employment. Your data will also be collected where you have responded to our vacancy adverts.
We may collect the following information (this is not an exhaustive list):

· Contact information including home and email address, telephone and mobile numbers
· employment history, skills, experience and qualifications (copies of certificates maybe requested)
· Travel status, driving licenses and endorsement information
· Immigration status
· Salary information (proof of earnings may be requested)
· Career ambitions and job search criteria
· Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
Where necessary and within accordance of the law, we may request information of your health and diversity information or details of any previous non spent criminal convictions.
How your data is used
The data we collect will be directly tailored towards recruitment activities. This information is within our business’ legitimate interest to understand and ensure the right employment opportunities are presented to you.
By giving us your personal information you are agreeing for us to contact you and third parties on your behalf within accordance of recruitment activities relating to you. This information maybe shared in the form of emails, telephone conversations and postal mail. We may edit your CV or produce a tailored profile about you to present to potential employers.

The main purpose of using your data is for all recruitment activities surrounding permanent or contract employment. Your data will be shared with potential employers to apply for jobs where they meet the employment criteria who have supplied us with.
We shall also process your data to enable us to send you targeted, relevant marketing materials or other communications which we think are likely to be of interest to you.
We may use your personal data for the above purposes if we deem it necessary to do so for our legitimate interests.

Right to Object / Erase your data
We shall be using your data within our legitimate interest, however if you do not deem this appropriate, you may contact the office to discuss your reasons. If you no longer wish to receive employment based calls from us then you are entitled to request for your data to be erased. You will need to send your request in writing or email to enquiries@anderscott.co.uk. We shall ensure this is completed and a response sent to you within 30 days.
