As Project Coordinator, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, content, and direction. Working closely with the Project Lead, you will support the successful planning, resourcing, and delivery of multiple IT software projects, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and committed to agreed plans.

This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience working as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Junior Project Manager, or similar, particularly within a SaaS, IT, or technology-led environment. The role is mainly office-based with some flexibility for working from home.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate resources and budgets across multiple IT software projects.

·        Provide regular progress updates to Project Leads, Sponsors, and customers

·        Support delivery of projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget

·        Assist in identifying and managing project deviations and corrective actions

·        Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the full lifecycle

·        Track, record, and report project risks

·        Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery

·        Facilitate client-facing project update and review meetings

 

Project Coordinator Key Skills & Experience:

·        Strong organisational and time management skills

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines and budgets

·        Structured and systematic approach to project coordination

·        Comfortable working within defined processes while adapting personal working style when required

·        Collaborative team player

·        Experience building effective relationships with customers and business teams

·        Negotiation and coordination skills to optimise resources and delivery outcomes
